On a statewide spotlight last night, Canton McKinley lost to host Perry 21-7. A week ago, Perry lost to – got killed by – Boardman 42-6, but took advantage of McKinley’s many weaknesses. McKinley is now 2-5, 2-3 in the Federal League. Perry is now 5-2, 3-1 in league play.
McKinley faces another tough challenge next week when they host Boardman. Perry gets a tune-up game for Hoover when they play Jackson next week.
